Beautiful maxi length dress has puff sleeves and a high square neckline. There's an 11 cm (4. 25") panel of shirred elastic gathering beneath the bust, ending in a ruffled edge at the waist. Shirring elastic has also been used to gather the sleeve edge. Lined with yellow rayon fabric. Closes with one button and loop at the top of a 21 cm (8. 5") slit in the back
