Circumference around at bottom hem is 86. As this gets full right below the waist, a new waistband could be made and attached a bit lower on the skirt to make it a bigger size. Has one button on the waistband and an open placket below that. Fabric is cotton; unlined. No label. Sturdy and wearable in good condition with a couple 1 8 holes; a well done patch on the hem and a faint stain
