There are some faint watermarked areas that get lost in the print

I found no issues to note

1940's navy rayon crepe dress with high neckline and stitch-pleated skirt

Fabric is slightly sheer but not enough to require a slip in my opinion

1950s Print Sundress 40s_shoes I'd suggest that it be1950s cotton sundress in a striped print. Bodice has a shirred but panel and fitted waist with spaghetti straps. Skirt if full and there is a side metal zipper. The straps have extra length that can be let out if desired. Very nice condition. I didn't note any stains or holes, just light general wear aging to the fabric. Fits like an XS. Bust: 30" 33" Waist; 24. 5" Hip: Free Waist length: 15. 5" but straps can be lengthened another 3" or so Length: 40"
