1960s Floral Blue Cotton Voile Balloon Sleeve Dress yellow silk It's a blue viscose-lined cottonThis late 1960s early 1970s Tiziani Roma dress was made in England of blue sheer cotton voile (possibly a blend) with a white and yellow floral print. It was possibly designed by Karl Lagerfeld, who was their designer from 1963 1969. Features include a pleated skirt and balloon sleeves with long cuffs that fasten with two fabric covered buttons. The dress fastens with a zipper up the back. It's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
