Has snap on brim, button on top, elastic inside band that still has some stretch to it. Oversized, it is soft black suede, leather not faux suede. True Saturday night roller rink style! CONDITION: Good vintage condition, a bit of oxidization to the snap, clean inside and out. LABEL: no labels MEASURED: about 12. 5" in diameter, measured flat across top about 23" inside band, elastic will stretch
