It's made of a heavy royal blue satin and embellished with a floral lace overlay that is covered in sequins. The sheath style is so figure flattering! The bows at the shoulder are a really cool design where they are really all one piece that has been gathered and sewn to look like individual bows. That section is sewn to a narrow shoulder strap. It can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. The dress
