Kitchen Artefacts | Cake/Serving Knife Cocktails + Tools Each platter comes in anHandmade in New Zealand by the very talented Tom Muir. Each knife differs slightly in character but all are made of native salvaged timber. Perfect for cutting cakes, or large soft cheeses. Each piece comes with a lovely background tag that has information on where its timber was sourced. Approximately 30 cm long. Wash in warm soapy water and reoil with coconut oil to extend life. Do not put in dishwasher.
