10’s Swiss Dot Shirt Waist black sundress AMAZING FINDThis charming shirt waist or blouse is covered in the sweetest little hand sewn dots. I love how the pattern is noticeably done by a person rather than a machine. Circa 1900s 1910s, it buttons down the front with small shell buttons. Cute ruffled collar and cuffs.
