I'm thinking Miami, although the Carribean sounds about right too. If you look close, you can see the seashell motif & note that the plunging neck also has clasps as an option. Yeah, definitely Florida because can't you just see yourself in this number drinking a lemonade by the pool in one of those oddly enclosed backyard sun rooms?
