It fastens with a studded gold tone metal buckle that's signed "CELINE" and a button inside the waistband, and is lined in acetate rayon. Overall, it's in very good condition. There's some discoloration to the leather around the waistband, some minor patina on the buckle, and a few stitches missing on the front of the skirt. We've adjusted the price
