FEATURES: PHOTOS LIGHTENED not quite white but light gray. Not quite a full circle, but as seen in photo close. Full skirt with belt loops for a skinny belt not included. Blue, Gray, Burgundy, yellow, teal blue green. Dry clean only. I think a lightweight wool blend. Not lined, hem tape. Size nylon zipper and Talon hook closure. WAIST 26 27 HIPS 48+ free LENGTH 29.
