Dress closes with a side metal zipper and there is a matching tie at the waist

Both pieces are in excellent condition with only minor age related wear

1940s or early 50s suede and tooled leather pumps

1950s purple dress with variegated stripes in grey

Fabric is slightly sheer but not enough to require a slip in my opinion

Underbust seams with tucks and coiled buttons to close. I wasn't able to exactly capture the shade of this top, it's slightly more salmony pink and less hot pink that the pictures show, at least on my monitor. Very nice condition, a couple pindot sized spots, some loose threads faint dinginess to the inner facing at neck. I didn't note any fading or major
