Measures 13 tall by 17. 5 wide by 1 deep, excluding handle. Drop on handle is 3. 5. Fabric is cotton with cotton lining; handles are plastic; no clasp you just hold the handles together; opens wide. No label. Good condition with no holes, has brown spot on one side ( see close up). True colors are dark green, brown, yellow, white and red with brown handles. **A note
