Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 15. Dress has adjustable straps, fitted waist, full skirt, built in crinoline and metal back zipper. Fabric is silk. Label reads Seymour Jacobson. Excellent condition with no holes or stains but I think that the straps may have been added. They are easy to remove if you would like to do so. True color is black. **A
