There is a spot above the first bow (see photo) and one at the center seam of the skirt (last photo)

I couldn't make out a size but I believe them to be about a 6 1/2/7

Shoulder seam is set in and sleeves are puffed. The waist seam sits high to create an elongating effect through the skirt, which is bias cut and trimmed with more trapunto at the hem. This dress was used in a film and there were two alterations done to it: a back opening with snaps was added (possibly to take it in, not sure) and the side closure
