A black, worsted wool pinstripe is used for most of the front with a shiny black satin at the waist, in addition to a solid black, melton like wool at the back. The satin section changes to the wool pinstripe part way down the skirt's front fly and the diagonal slash pockets at the waist, constructed beautifully so that these details continue seamlessly
