The shirt has short sleeves with notched cuffs, button tab chest pocket and shirt tails. It's sized a 15 1 2 and measures 17 1 2" across the shoulders, the chest is 44" around, and the length is 30". Very good condition (a pinhole near the button placket seen in last photo). Can be worn by men or women: Men's Medium Women's Large. Catalog # 6742
