1940s Open Midriff Dress by Joan Miller Junior 40s_shoe a 6 could squeeze in1940s cotton floral dress by Joan Miller Junior in a rosebud and hydrangea print. Bodice has an elasticized ruffled neckline that can be worn off the shoulder if desired. Fitted waist with open midriff and back button closure. Skirt is full and accented by a ruffle a few inches above the hemline. Excellent condition. The button at the waist was moved over at some point, you can see where it sat originally, see last photo. Elastic is still stretchy and
