70's Colorful India Silk Scarf folter Sleeve: 8"- shoulder seam toThis colorful scarf has two edges that are hand rolled and two edges that are selvedge. The scarf is made of silk (unmarked) and, to my best guess, is a 1970s piece from India. The pattern initially seems southwestern, but along the border you can see Elephants. Block printing is a very common technique in India. The way block printing works is by layering colors onto the silk, so there are a few misprints and splotches that aren't stains. However,
