Excellent condition, however this dress was never finished with sleeves or finishing touches around the arm holes. If you can sew or know a tailor it would be a perfect dress for you. Measured laying flat pit to pit unstretched 17. 5 inches stretched 22 inches. Empire waist unstretched 16. 5 inches, stretched 20. 5 inches. Hips unstretched 22 inches, stretched 28 inches.
