but it's textured enough that it's cozy and substantial

Patent shiny man made material with lace up front, 3 sets of snaps at back. Gromets in silver tone. Not a costume piece, possibly was part of a dress set, quite old. LABEL: None marked CONDITION: Good vintage condition, front is very good with one small mark I can't even get to show up in a photo, back has marks from storage, snaps discolored backing (see photos) Pretty great overall for it's age
