1990s Laced Front Top With Flared & Slashed Sleeves prom dress The skirt has two invertedBlack and burgundy stretch top has lace up at top centre front and long sleeves with wide, flared and slashed bottom. The fabric has a mixed floral print and is semi sheer. The front trim is laced through eyelet holes on a faux leather backing. This is just for decoration, the top just pulls on. Narrow lace trim at the neckline. The sleeves are very long and come to the centre of the hand, with the slash extending to mid forearm. Hem and sleeves have
