In his younger & more vulnerable years he worked as a truffle dog in Italy, where he spent long days gallivanting through the tall Tuscan forests, sniffing out the rarest & tastiest truffles. Now he lives in Tasmania, where he works as a part time truffle hunter. Sometimes he will
