Skirt is full and gathered into the dropped waist

So for the photos I've left them undone

Late 40s / early 50s pleated beret style felt hat

Two sets of measurements given indicate there fabric at rest and pulled taught

Rise (from waist bottom waist seam): 12 1/4"

1940s Straw Hat with Ribbon gold_lame Skirt is full and gathered1940s straw hat with a trailing ribbon at back. Lovely tall crown and wide brim can be worn low or at the back of the head. Original label and elastic band to secure to the head are present. Very nice vintage condition. I noted a small break in the straw along the brim, see photo. Labeled a size 22.
