90's Black Lacquer Folk Art Flower Brooch 70s summer dresses 1980 Black Velvet and LaceVintage, early 1990's, round, traditional, Ukrainian folk art brooch featuring a floral motif in blue, white, green and gold foil on a rich black background. Depicted is a lovely blue Bell flower. Meticulously painted with graceful brush strokes. Lily of the Valley? Black lacquered wood. Sunken safety pin clasp. 1&3 4" diameter. Heavily layered for a striking effect. Excellent vintage condition. Great accent for your jean jacket, office lapel or boho
