Bottom back hem does lay flat but I forgot my steamer so you are seeing a wrinkle

Back of muff is pleated satin with a Kover zipper

More holes can be added up to maybe 25" or so

1920s Red Chiffon Dress with Handkerchief Hem sundress Scarf at waist is shown1920s cherry red chiffon dress with cotton lining. Straight cut sleeveless bodice with capelet over the shoulders. Two areas of shirring over the hips and a handkerchief hem. Dress is fully lined in tea stained cotton. Wearable condition and could be fixed up. There are a couple well done mends in the bodice, see photo. The main area of concern is the underarms where the self trim has separated from the body. This could be reinforced and reattached or
