60’s Black Velvet Beret by Betmar front pockets **This is Diane Freis UnsoldVintage 60's black velvet beret. Seamed in panels and set on a firm band which holds a covered buckle as an embellishment. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon along with a black twill lining. Lovely condition showing no wear or age. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side it is approximately 15 inches. Label is Betmar. The Betmar label began in 1933 when the hat business was flourishing in spite
