80's Black Ruffle Sleeve Dress by Bonwit Teller vintage skinny belt 1950's Plaid Skirt / 50'sThis perfectly sophisticated little black dress has bold shoulders and a nipped in waist, and fully lined. High round neck, short sleeves made of layers of satin ruffles, and pencil style skirt. Back center zip. Purchased at Bonwit Teller. Bust measures 38", waist 36", hip 42", length 43". Very faint fading down one side of the hip from storage and the hem is a bit wavy and might need to be pressed, otherwise very nice condition. This item was
