The tops can be smoothed flat on your thigh or you can roll them down

so they will reach from the top of your thigh to your ankle at their full length--if you are 5'7'' or under -- they can also be scrunched down to any point on your leg

Length is adjustable because the sides scrunch up with drawstrings - you can wear it as a mini dress with it scrunched up or let it go and wear as a longer dress that goes closer to the knees

Hood is fully lined so that it hangs around your face well
