70's Nautical Style Belted Navy Dress by Don Sayres full circle skirt Frye boots are made toStylish 1970s Nautical inspired knit dress with coordinating belt. Navy colored with white and blue accents and large front patch pockets. Low v neck opening and a button down front make this comfortable and easy to wear. Crossover style with matching leather belt. Fabric is a wool crepe material. Partially lined for comfort. Made in USA. I date this around 1975 or 1976. Sayres moved to designing for Wellmore in the 80s and went on a nautical streak
