Plaid Cotton Prairie Puff Sleeve Maxi Dress vintage linen suit (I believe this bag toThis vintage cotton day dress has all those perfect Anne with an E, frolicking in the fields and reading under trees vibes. There's a high crew neckline, ruffled puff shoulders that taper in at the elbow, and a gathered basque waist with side pockets in a floor length skirt. The skirt is VERY full and twirly. Handmade vintage, most likely a Mennonite piece. Very nicely made, with great attention to detail and quality stitching that is made to last.
