I'd say this would look great with some white vinyl knee high boots but those probably aren't in many closets these days

with no issues to note and only the raw threads at hem

Seems more green in some light and grayish in others

This would best fit a small/ med

Size M Bust: 36" Waist: 30" Hip: 36" Length: 24" (waist to hem) Hand wash in cold water with like colors for first few washes. Line dry or delicate dryer setting.
