1940s / 1950s High Waisted Circle Skirt striped It looks worse in theLate 40s early 50s black rayon taffeta (low sheen, nice drape) circle skirt with high waist. Waldes zipper at the back with a single hook and eye. Excellent condition with only very minor wear. There is teeny smudge on the waistband that I've not tried to remove as it's not really noticeable. Waist: 25" Hip: Free Length: 30"
