Has two metal hooks and eyes on waistband, side snaps in placket and top of skirt is gathered to a wide band of lining. Fabric is semi sheer cotton batiste, unlined covered with embroidery. No label. Very good condition with a few small flaws; has a couple 1 18 holes, stain near hem ( see photo)I didnt use Oxyclean or anything strong to try to get it out) and the gathers at the
