This fabulous little skirt is the epitome of 1980's trying to do 1950's. It is not a true FULL circle skirt, but technically a semi circle skirt although, you wouldn't know it because it looks so full and flared. The fabric this skirt is made from is a very fine quality, heavyweight wool thick but soft, not scratchy at all! The black and red check pattern is known
