80's Pastel Floral Dress brown white scarf with a turquoise stone triangleThis vintage dress from LA Gal was made right here in the USA. Silky and swishy rayon and acetate blend fabric. Petal sleeves with a three button closure detail. Elastic waist and belt loops (no belt). The floral is an airy pastel floral on a white background. There is a lot of fabric in the skirt, so you could easily add a crinoline for more poof. For this photo, I've got a light single layer knee length crinoline underneath. Bust measures 40", waist
