Butterfly collar and pockets on the shirt that could act a jacket. High waisted and wide leg pants. The waist has lost a lot of it's elastic stretch, so I added a drawstring since the elastic is sewn in. Handmade. Polyester fabric, has stretch. Not lined. Condition Very good vintage condition.
