40s rayon crepe button back top with a pink yoke and ruffle trim above the bust and sleeve hems

1940s Velvet Skirt and Bolero Set shrug There is a grosgrain bow1940s or early 50s black velvet skirt and bolero set with ivory lace trim. Lined bolero ties in front with two self ties and has lace trimmed 3 4 sleeves. Full skirt fastens with a side metal zip and single button. Set is in excellent condition aside from a spot on the trim of one sleeve. The set measures like an xxs. Jacket Bust measured with the bottom front meeting: 33" (some flexibility depending on how it's tied Waist: 25" Sleeve: 15" to velvet
