Lightweight blue cotton fabric, embroidered scalloped trim along the skirt hem and wrap side and and along the v neck collar of the short sleeve top. Embroidered blue and white flowers on both pieces, including some 3 d flowers on the skirt. In great vintage condition, with the following things to note: 1) there are two small stains on the underside of the belt (photo 14), and a stain on one of
