This would be super cute with a white cotton shirt or red sweater! Cotton poly blend. This was stored at my elderly neighbor's home for a long, long time. (probably 50 to 60 years). It has been washed and saved from the landfill. The material is still in amazing shape and there is no fading. The pleats are still holding! Her daughter who is now 60
