I absolutely adore this one, she is a late 70s shabby chic pretty dream, crafted in what feels like a textured cotton or cotton blend, with white base and beautiful blue striped delicate floral. She has touches of teal blue with ribbon detailing and beautiful bows to her skirt.. Her puff sleeves and full skirt are also to die for, and when worn she will be a
