It features a fitted jacket with tucked waist, cuffed sleeves, stand up collar and three fabric covered buttons with rhinestones. It's fully lined and measures 14 1 2" across the shoulders, the waist is 26", the bust is 33", the sleeves are 24" and the length is 22". The skirt is unlined and has a metal zipper topped with a button on each side, and kick pleat in the back. It measures 23" around the waist, the hips
