1920s Silk Cloche Hat Black & Tan Silk Faille Cloche 21" suits a light weight barkcloth1920s cloche hat in black and tan silk faille. Paste rhinestone crescent moon pin attached to body near crown. Black silk faille to underside of folding brim. Lined in black satin fabric. Labeled: B. Forman Co. Rochester New York. Clean and wearable. c. 1920s Measures 21" Condition is excellent very good. Expected wear soiling for the age with a couple of tiny spots to crown and body. Minor wear to pot metal pin with darkening of stones.
