1940s /1950s Trapunto Satin and Chiffon Dress 1950_flats Width at ball: 3 1/8Late 40s or early 50s dress with a pale pink satin button down bodice with trapunto quilting down the front. Sleeves are 3 4 and cuffed and the front closes with self covered buttons. The skirt is composed of layers of grey and pink chiffon. It's very full and floats around you as walk. The dress is in excellent condition save for one missing button and some faint underarm discoloration. As you will see in the photo there are underarm gussets to
