60's High Rise Pillbox Hat by Mr Frank light blue silk thanks to it's generous late1960's high rise pillbox hat. Black straw intrinsically woven with cello straw and cording throughout. Set on a stiff net base edged with black satin ribbon. Inner circumference is 22 inches, rise is 5 inches and on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.
