The Phantom Hips - 39"Meet Phantom, she is an incredible rare late 60s cotton velvet dream dress by british boutique label Polly Peck. This dress is a seductive gothic dream, and I have been lucky enough to have had a version of this in a previous Heirlooms collection, and of course she sold in a flash. This is just the most beautiful gothic thing, with frog style closures to her bodice, contrasting satin cuffs and collar and a demure full length silhouette. This is most
