The outfit has a button up shirt jacket with ruffles, and matching hot pants. The set is dead stock, never worn, with original tags. Measurements: top 36" bust, 29" waist (these are measured buttoned up, but can be worn open), 32" back of neck to bottom of sleeve, 19" shoulder to hem.
