Adorable ivory straw tilt / perch hat with scalloped brim

3/4 sleeves and an attached cape that integrates into the front in a shirred V design

Dress presents beautifully but has a few flaws

There is smocking the the waist for ease and suit closes with a back metal zipper

Skirt waistband was a little too small on the form which measures 24

1970s Two Tone Disco Dress by "Rage" navy Adorable ivory straw tilt /1970s poly jersey dress in white and brown. Wrap style with inner ties and a hook and eye securing the brown front panel over the white. Handkerchief style hemline that flares out beautifully with movement. Excellent vintage condition with only minor wear. Hook and eye at waist could be moved somewhat but too much in either direction would alter the way it presents so keep that in mind. Probably best for and xs to small size, shown on a size 2 form.
