Medium grey fabric over black vinyl. Velcro tape to hold the end of the belt together as there is no extra loops. Simple, loop through design with no holes so it can be adjusted to a variety of waist sizes. Very, very unique piece. Measurements: Total length: 40 inches Width: 4 inches
