1930s Black Silk Bow & Straw Wide-Brim Hat made in israel israli Waist to hem - 25"This Rose Descat wide brim hat was made in France in the 1930s of black straw with a silk satin bow trim. It sits at the top of the wearer's head, and has a grosgrain & silk satin strap (please note that it is not adjustable and too short to go under the chin.) The head circumference is 20", and the brim is 5. 5" at the front and 4" at the back. A hat pin is included (photos available upon request.) It's in very good condition.
